Is your gold certified?
Yes. Every piece is stamped with its karat and sold with a Mazimo certificate of purity. Weight and karat are verified in front of you at handover and printed on the invoice.
How is the price calculated?
Gold weight multiplied by the live Dubai rate for that karat, plus a stated making charge and 5% VAT. Online prices are indicative; we confirm the live figure before payment.
Do you deliver outside Dubai?
We deliver across the UAE with insured courier within one to two working days, complimentary on every order. International shipping is available on request.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Unworn pieces in their original packaging can be exchanged within seven days. Bespoke and resized pieces are made to order and are final sale.
Do you resize rings and bangles?
The first resizing is complimentary on Mazimo pieces. Later adjustments and repairs are charged at cost.
Can I trade in old gold?
Yes. Bring gold from any jeweller; it is tested and weighed in front of you and credited at the prevailing rate against your new piece.
Do you make custom jewellery?
We do. Book a consultation, share a reference or sketch, and we will design, preview and cast your piece in 18K, 21K or 22K gold.
Where is the boutique?
Al Manal Center, Deira, Dubai. Open daily from 10:00 to 22:00. Home visits can be arranged across the UAE.
