FAQs About Verifying Your Jewellery
1. What does “Verify your jewellery” mean at MAZIMO?
Every piece sold by MAZIMO, online or in the boutique, comes with an invoice that is also its certificate. The tracking code printed on it opens the same certificate here, so you, a buyer or an insurer can confirm the piece, its metal, weight and the date of sale.
2. Where is my tracking code?
On the invoice, in the row under the title (Invoice No. · Date · Tracking Code), in the order confirmation email, and in your account under Certificates. It looks like MZM-X7K9-P4D2.
3. What does the certificate show?
The invoice number, date, your name and contact (partly hidden unless you are signed in), each piece with its metal, karat and weight, the amounts including VAT, and the current status of the order.
4. Can MAZIMO verify jewellery not bought from you?
We can examine and weigh any gold piece at the boutique and give you a written assessment, but a MAZIMO certificate is only issued for pieces we sold.
5. I lost my invoice. Can you help?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your name and the phone number used at purchase and we will resend your tracking code.
6. Can I download or print the certificate?
Yes. Open it with your code, then use Download PDF or Print. The PDF is an A4 vector document that prints crisply.
