Every Mazimo piece carries a certificate of purity. Should the karat ever test below what is stated, we replace the piece or refund it in full.

Craftsmanship

Manufacturing defects in clasps, hinges, settings and soldering are repaired free of charge for the life of the piece. Wear, accidental damage and modifications by third parties are excluded.

Complimentary care

• Lifetime cleaning and polishing at the boutique.
• First resizing free on rings and bangles.
• Annual check of settings on diamond and zircon pieces.

Bring the piece and your invoice to the boutique, or message us on WhatsApp with photos and we will arrange collection.
