Exchanges

Unworn pieces in their original packaging can be exchanged within seven days of delivery for another piece or store credit. Bespoke, engraved and resized pieces are final sale.

Buy-back

Mazimo buys back its own pieces, and gold from any jeweller, at the prevailing Dubai rate for the karat, after testing and weighing in front of you.

Repairs

Our goldsmiths repair clasps, links, settings and hinges, restring pearls and re-polish worn surfaces. Manufacturing faults are covered by the warranty; other work is quoted before we start.

How to arrange

Message us on WhatsApp with your invoice number and a photo of the piece. We can collect from your home anywhere in the UAE.
