Made-to-order diamond rings, and bespoke, engraved and resized pieces, are made to order and are final sale.

Mazimo buys back its own pieces, and gold from any jeweller, at the prevailing Dubai rate for the karat, after testing and weighing in front of you.

How long do I have to exchange a piece?
48 hours from delivery. The piece must be unworn and in its original packaging.
Is it an exchange or a refund?
An exchange for another piece, or store credit to use later.
Which pieces cannot be exchanged?
Made-to-order diamond rings, and bespoke, engraved and resized pieces, because they are made or altered to order. They remain covered by the lifetime warranty.
How do I send a piece back?
Message us on WhatsApp within the 48 hours with your invoice number. We confirm the same day and collect from your address anywhere in the UAE, or you can bring it to the boutique in Deira.
How is buy-back priced?
At the prevailing Dubai rate for the karat on the day, after the gold is tested and weighed in front of you. Today's rate is on the gold rate page.
Do you buy gold bought from other jewellers?
Yes. Gold from any jeweller is tested and weighed in front of you and bought at the prevailing rate, or credited against a new Mazimo piece.
What does a repair cost?
Manufacturing faults on Mazimo pieces are covered by the warranty. Anything else, on Mazimo or other pieces, is quoted before we start. The first resizing of a Mazimo ring or bangle is complimentary.
