Choosing a gold ring in Dubai
Two golds, two characters
The collection holds 10 rings in two golds. The 18K signets, in pear, oval, heart and hexagon, and the bow ring are 75% pure gold: light, hard-wearing and made for every day, with faces that take an initial or a date by hand engraving. The 21K rings are 87.5% gold, a deeper yellow and more weight in the hand, the traditional Gulf choice for a statement ring.
Finding the size
Each ring is in stock in the size shown on its page. Rings are resized at the boutique in Deira and the first resizing is complimentary; not sure of your size? Use the ring size guide or come in for a fitting.
How the price is set
Every piece is priced on its weight multiplied by today's rate for its karat, plus a making charge for the craftsmanship. The weight is shown on each page and checked on the scale in front of you; the rate is on the gold rate page. Rings here run from AED 1,460 to AED 4,650.
Before you buy
Every piece is hallmarked, comes with a certificate of purity and a tracking code you can check on mazimo.ae/track, and carries a lifetime warranty on the craftsmanship. Delivery across the UAE is insured and complimentary.
Questions about gold rings
Is 18K or 21K gold better for a ring?
18K (75% gold) is harder, so it keeps a crisp edge and suits a ring worn every day or one that holds a stone. 21K (87.5% gold) is richer in colour and softer, which is why it is chosen for bold, sculpted designs worn with care. Both are real gold, hallmarked and certified.
Can a gold ring be resized?
Yes. Rings are resized at our boutique in Al Manal Center, Deira, and the first resizing is complimentary. Before any work starts we tell you how far a particular ring can move.
Can you engrave a signet ring?
Yes. An initial, a date or a short line is hand engraved at the boutique, and we show you the layout before any mark is made.
How much does a gold ring cost at Mazimo?
Our rings currently run from AED 1,460 to AED 4,650. The price follows the weight and the day's gold rate for the karat, plus a making charge; each ring's page shows its weight and today's price.
