Pricing

Prices shown online are indicative and based on the gold rate at the time of publication. The final price is confirmed at the live Dubai rate before payment and stated on the invoice with weight, karat and making charge.

Orders

An order is confirmed when payment is received. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces require a 50% deposit and are non-refundable once casting has begun.

Delivery and risk

Deliveries are insured until signed for. Please inspect the piece on receipt and report any concern within 48 hours.

Exchanges

Unworn pieces may be exchanged within seven days in accordance with our returns policy. Statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law are unaffected.
