About cushion diamond rings
The rings
2 of our 48 diamond rings have a cushion centre diamond: Cushion Octagon Halo Pavé Ring and Cushion Halo Pavé Ring. A cushion is a square or slightly rectangular diamond with rounded corners and soft sides.
Sizes
The centre diamonds measure from about 6.4 × 5.3 mm to about 7.6 × 5 mm, the longer side first. Their length to width ratios run from about 1.23 to 1.54. Across a UAE size 52 finger (about 16.55 mm across), the short side of the stone covers 30 to 32 percent; a stone set sideways covers its longer side.
