The piece
An oval diamond at the centre, and a band that does not close around it but sweeps past it in a bypass. Small marquise diamonds follow the sweep on each side, which gives the ring a diagonal line from the front while the oval stays the centre of it.

The stones
The centre oval is about 9.6 by 6.4 mm and about 1.5 ct. Beside it, small marquise diamonds of about 4.5 by 2.25 mm follow the sweep of the band on each side. Small round diamonds of 0.9 mm are set in a row beneath the centre stone, and you can see them from the side.

The band
A slim polished band that sweeps past the oval in a bypass, with small marquise diamonds set along the sweep on each side. The centre stone sits in claws. The inside is engraved MAZIMO; your own engraving goes beside it.
