## About this piece

The engagement ring most people picture, drawn a little finer: a large oval in four claws, and a band that carries fourteen round diamonds across the top of the finger.

### The stone

At 2 ct the oval is about 10 mm long. The claws are slim and rounded so they disappear into the sparkle.

### The band

Seven diamonds a side, each 1.8 mm, set close in a shared-prong row. The underside stays plain, so the ring is comfortable and easy to clean.
